Team members & skills

Prashant Pachisia - Founder

CEO & founder of 2COMS Group. Graduated from St. Xavier’s College with Bachelors in Commerce. In 1993, set up his own venture Educom Software, a franchisee centre of Aptech Limited. Later in 1995, formed 2nd firm, Futurecom, providing networking and other hardware related solutions. Finally in 1999 formed 2COMS Consulting.

Pramod Pachisia – Co Founder

COO of 2COMS Group. Pramod graduated from Calcutta University with Bachelors in Commerce. He also has a Bachelors in Information Technology from Manipal. He joined Futurecom after graduation and managed the support division by heading a team of 15 engineers. In 1999 joined Educom Software and served as its marketing head. In 2000 he joined 2COMS as a COO.

Nirmal Agarwal - Co Founder

A graduate from Stanford University, USA, is a member of the OmicronDelta Epsilon (International Honour Society in Economics), and holds various qualifications in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management, and an MBAwith specialisation in Marketing.He has been associated with various education ventures and is a recognized expert in education training and assessment. Mr Agarwal is also an Examinations Assessment and Compliance Consultant for University of Cambridge UK and nominated on the Advisory Boards of various educational ventures.

Philip Masih

heads the support division of 2COMS Group. Philip graduated from St. Stephen’s College in Economics. He also has an MBA in Human Resource Management. He joined 2COMS in 2011. His work experience includes expertise in HR functions, strategic planning, performance management, corporate recruitment & business intelligence.

Gargi Sen

M.Sc, M.A., B.Ed., has more than twenty years of hands-on experience andis well versed on prevailing education and assessment systems. Gargi is an accreditedMaster Trainer and Assessor for teachers under University of Cambridge InternationalExamination, UK, Certified Trainer and Assessor under NABET & SQA, Scotland, andCertified by NABET for Accreditation. Gargi regularly conducts workshops on variousteaching and assessment skills for institutions all over India and abroad. Gargi hasworked as the Principal of an international school in Kolkata, as a Project Supervisor forthe Assessment of school teachers for the state of Mizoram, and is actively conductingaccreditation and assessment for institutions across the country.

Shashi Tiwari

PhD, M.Phil in Management has been in the education field for the last 6 years. She iscertified as an Accredited Management Teacher by ‘All India Management Association’. She is included in the list of External Examiner and Assessor for universities like Sikkim Manipal University and Punjab Technical University. She has also been conducting assessments for various Vocational programs. She leads the team and responsible for coordination with the concerned stakeholders.

Asmita Basu

MBA in Finance is associated with teaching for last three years, is an appointedEvaluator by Sikkim Manipal University for checking of Internal Assessments and Project Guidance tostudents of various Management Programs. She is also a paper setter and evaluator for variouscolleges under Calcutta University. She has been a trainer and assessor for various BFSI Programsconducted by India Skills.

Mananjay Dubey

MBA(Systems)and DOEACC B Level Qualified is into training and assessments for almost seven years. He has been included in the list of External Examiner and Evaluator for SikkimManipal University and is an appointed evaluator by Merit Trac Pvt Ltd, which conducts Tests andAssessments on behalf of various Institutes. He also conducts various Practical Examinations forBCA, MCA, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT. He is engaged on a regular basis for development of questions forvarious Corporate Recruitment Tests.

Sujan Mukherjee

MCA, DOEACC A Level Qualified is into training and assessments for a decadenow. He is an appointed Evaluator by SMU for checking of Internal Assessments and ProjectGuidance to students of various IT programs. He is responsible for successful execution of finalsemester projects pertaining to latest technologies for BCA and MCA students. Sujan takes care ofthe IT infrastructure as well as guides the process of all IT related assessments.

Sucharita Roy

B.A, Diploma in Computer, has total 6.5 years of experience in Public Relation, Public Administration, Office Coordination, correspondence & data management.
